Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the items pass inspection.
